Recover a Settlement in unrest by delivering Food to the affected site and filling its stock completely. Full stock restores Trust much faster than merely crossing the supply threshold.

1. Open the Live Map and identify the Settlement where the unrest began, not only a neighbour affected by spread.
2. Check its Food stock and calculate the crates needed to reach 100%.
3. Select an appropriate Food source and aircraft. A UH-1H delivery adds a temporary Trust-recovery boost.
4. Deliver Food until the Settlement is full.
5. Keep checking the source Settlement's Trust until it rises above the recovered threshold.

Success. Spread stops when the original source recovers and its paused growth effects return. Once no Settlement in the region is in unrest any more, the extra enemy pressure ends. Enemy groups already on the ground stay until they are cleared. If recovery remains slow, recheck that stock is still full and that Food was delivered to the correct Settlement.
