How to Load and Deliver Cargo

A valid cargo run has four parts: stage the correct crate, load it through CTLD, fly it to a site that accepts it, and unload inside that site's delivery zone.

How do I move a crate?

At the source, use F10 > Other > Tycoon > My Location to inspect stock and Spawn cargo. Position the aircraft close enough to the crate and load it through CTLD. At the destination, land inside or immediately beside the delivery zone and use CTLD to unload.

Cargo > Drop loaded places a crate 20 metres straight ahead of the aircraft rather than under it. Point at clear ground before dropping. Cargo outside the matching zone remains a world crate and does not count as delivered.

Why is a source empty or blocked?

A Source's storage limit includes warehouse stock and crates left on its pad. A staged crate that nobody collects can therefore stop production. At each restart, sources are topped up only to a small base stock; pad crates are removed, while dropped crates elsewhere remain at their last position.

Regional Maintenance Works raises source production speed and Regional Depot increases capacity, but neither raises the restart base stock. Settlements and Projects covers those improvements.

How do I navigate to the destination?

Use Cargo Sites after loading, then deploy smoke for bearing, distance and a site-coloured marker. The UH-1H can also tune a site's FM homing frequency from the map. See F10 Command Reference.
