The Torque Tycoon server restarts every four hours at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 server time. A restart normally takes about ten minutes. Warnings appear 30, 15, 5 and 1 minutes before shutdown; -timeleft in DCS chat shows the current countdown.

Land and unload before shutdown. Cargo still in the air has not completed its delivery. The persistent economy, site state and saved world crates are restored into the next mission, while staged pad crates at Sources are cleaned up as part of the Source restart behavior.

Each restart advances the in-game date by one day. The resulting season, day length and historical weather are described on the Weather page.
