Ranks
Ranks summarise selected achievement rows into four independent progression ladders: Logistics, Airmanship, Exploration and Security. A player can hold one rank in each ladder at the same time.
Each achievement row contributes the highest tier reached in that row. Tier I is one point, Tier II is two points and so on, capped at the configured maximum for that row. One-off achievements outside a row add no points unless a rank explicitly names one as a capstone requirement. The prestige achievements Founders and Iron Pilot belong to existing rows; their large catalogue indices are therefore capped to four points rather than ignored.
Ranks are exclusive within one ladder. Promotion replaces the lower Discord role; an opt-out removes public rank roles. Rank roles should not be assigned manually because the automatic sync reconciles them to earned ranks.
Logistics
The Logistics score uses Delivered Crates, Delivered Freight and Sites Supplied, each with four contributing tiers. Its Discord palette runs from bronze to gold.

Airmanship
The Airmanship score uses Landings, Flight Hours and Flight Distance, each with four contributing tiers. Its Discord palette runs from steel blue to azure.

Flight Distance belongs to Airmanship because Tycoon distance is predominantly flown while hauling, not while exploring.
Exploration
The Exploration score uses Mapped Sites with three tiers, Bearing-only Discoveries with three tiers and Station Calibration with one tier. Its Discord palette runs from jade to signal green.

Security
The Security score uses Threats Neutralized, Threat Groups Cleared and Ambushes Repulsed, each with four contributing tiers. Its Discord palette runs from crimson to alarm red.

Security ranks IV and V are intentionally not available yet. Their thresholds and capstones will be defined only after real threat-group and ambush participation data has been reviewed.
Discord display
The hexadecimal values above are the official role colours. Discord displays a member's name in the colour of their highest coloured role. The bot's own role must sit above all Tycoon rank roles for automatic assignment to work.
The Display role members separately from online members option only changes the Discord member-list layout. If it is used at all, it should normally be limited to the highest available rank in a ladder so the member list is not split into many small groups.
