====== Build a Project ======

Build a Project by placing its cargo at the site that will host it and spending it through the Projects radio menu. The site must have a free slot and meet the Project's level and regional or world prerequisites.

| Hub or City | Its Reserve: project cargo delivered there with ''Cargo > Deliver''. Stored cargo has to be taken out and delivered first. |
| Airfield | Project cargo delivered there with ''Cargo > Deliver'', within 500 m of the Tycoon tent. Stored cargo has to be taken out and delivered first. See [[components:airfields|Airfields]]. |

  - Choose a useful Project and a site that is allowed to host it.
  - Check the Project's current cargo and prerequisite status in the radio menu or on the Live Map.
  - Deliver the required cargo to that site.
  - At the site, open the radio menu with **#** on the ground or **Alt+#** in the air, press **F10** for **Other**, then select ''My Location > Projects''.
  - Find the Project under **Ready to build** or **Missing requirements**, or a site upgrade under **Upgrades**, and check its ''<Cargo> N/M'' rows.
  - Choose **Build now** when the Project is listed under **Ready to build**.

**Success.** Building spends the cargo and completes the Project immediately. Its slot and effect appear on the Live Map.

**If the Project is not ready.** Read the reason shown under **Missing requirements**. The blocker may be cargo, a free slot, Settlement level, Trust, Security or another regional or world prerequisite. To reverse a choice, open **Built here**, select the building and use **CONFIRM: tear down** after checking its cost and the cooldown.
