====== DCSBot ======

**DCSBot** links a Discord identity to the DCS account used on the Torque Tycoon server. Linking is optional for flying, but it is what turns [[components:statistics|recorded statistics]] into rewards: [[components:achievements|achievements]], [[components:ranks|ranks]] and Discord roles need a linked account, and they apply retroactively once you link. Buying [[components:upgrades|upgrades]], [[components:insurance|insurance]] or paid leads with [[components:credits|credits]] needs a linked account as well. It also makes support requests easier to match to the correct player.

Join the [[https://discord.gg/aMQhKUahhs|Torque Tycoon Discord]] and run ''/linkme'' where DCSBot commands are available. Copy the returned token, join the Torque Tycoon DCS server with the account that should be linked, and enter ''-linkme <token>'' in DCS chat.

Use the same Discord and DCS name where possible. If they differ, include the DCS pilot name when asking for support.
